This apartment is not run by an agency or a property-management company. The person answering your message is the person who looks after the place, and that changes two things in practice: your reply does not go through a call centre, and if something goes wrong during your stay there is one person to go to.

Why this site exists

Because booking platforms charge a service fee to the guest and a commission to the host, and neither one improves your stay. Talking directly, that part comes off the bill.

What I guarantee

The apartment is the one in the photos. The terms are the ones published on the booking page. And if at any point you want to see the place live before paying anything, I will do a video call — it is the fastest way for you to be certain you are talking to the owner and not to someone using someone else's photos.

A note for international guests

I answer in Portuguese, Spanish and English. If your Portuguese is limited, that is not a problem: written English over WhatsApp works fine, and I would rather answer three extra questions than have you arrive unsure about something.
