Why here
Penha is a small beach town on the northern coast of Santa Catarina, in southern Brazil, about 90 minutes from Florianópolis. It is best known for sitting next door to Beto Carrero World, the largest theme park in Latin America.
The nearest airport is Navegantes International, roughly 11.7 km away.
Skyline 1604 is rented entirely to you. Two bedrooms with queen beds, a large sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with a built-in charcoal grill — the kind of setup that changes a family trip, because you are not dependent on restaurants for every meal and you share space with nobody.
The building has a pool and a deck with two hot tubs, which is where most guests end up spending the late afternoon after the beach.
In a town this size, the difference between being 250 metres from the sand and being two kilometres away is the difference between walking down in flip-flops and dealing with parking twice a day.
Beto Carrero World is about five minutes by car. In practice that means you can leave the park in the late afternoon, get here, shower, and still have an evening. Guests staying farther out spend that evening on the road.
Entry is by keypad code. No physical key, no meeting anyone at an agreed time. If your flight into Navegantes is delayed, nothing changes.

The neighbourhood
Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants a few minutes on foot. Pick a category and the map shows what is nearby, with the distance from the apartment.
Opening the map sends your IP address to Google. That is why it only loads when you click.
Inside
What sets it apart
This is where most guests end up having dinner. The grill burns charcoal and is built into the wall, with a sink and granite counter beside it — you can cook, serve and wash up without going back inside. The safety net runs the full length, which is what makes the balcony usable with small children.
The living room
The open shelf unit screens the entrance from the living room without closing it off. The sofa folds out into a proper double bed — that is where guests beyond the four in the bedrooms sleep, and it is not an air mattress on the floor.
The kitchen
Cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine built into the counter. Plus what holiday apartments usually lack: blender, coffee maker, air fryer, electric kettle and sandwich press, with crockery for a full house. The dining table seats four, right beside it.
The bedrooms
Both bedrooms have a queen bed, not two singles pushed together. Wood floors, floor-length curtains and a wardrobe with hanging rail, shelves and drawers — you can unpack instead of living out of a suitcase for a week.
The bathroom
Floor-to-ceiling glass shower enclosure, wooden vanity with a moulded basin and a mirror with built-in lighting. No plastic curtain and no shower head over the toilet.
