What you are looking at

These are photos of the apartment as it is today — not a show unit, not a render. The order follows how most guests actually see the place: the view, the living room, the balcony, the bedrooms, the kitchen, and finally the building's shared areas.

About the view

The sea view is why most people choose this apartment, which is why it opens the gallery instead of appearing at the end.

What the photos do not show

Two things that only work in writing. The building is in an urban block, with a bakery and a supermarket a few minutes' walk away. And in high season — Brazilian summer, December to February — the shared areas are busy with families. This is not a silent retreat in January. If that is what you are after, this is the wrong apartment, and it is better to know now.
