How booking works
- You send me your dates and the number of guests over WhatsApp.
- I confirm whether they are free. The confirmation is always mine, because a booking can land at any moment.
- We agree the rate for those dates.
- You send the deposit, and the dates are held in your name.
- Close to check-in I send you the door code and arrival instructions.
What we do not do
We never ask for payment to a third party's account, and there is no reason for you to accept that from anyone in this region. There have been documented cases of holiday-rental listings being cloned along the Santa Catarina coast, using photos stolen from real properties. If anything in the conversation feels off, ask for a video call showing the apartment — I will do it, and a scammer cannot.
Before you book, check this is for you
The apartment is for families and groups who want to rest. It is not a party space, and the building has quiet hours that I have to honour alongside the neighbours. If that is not the trip you are planning, another place will suit you better.
A note on payment
Brazilian bank transfer (Pix) is the normal method here and settles instantly. If you are paying from abroad and that is impractical, tell me when you write and we will find something that works for both of us.
